The minimum age for booking is 21 years old.
Absolutely NO PETS under any circumstance. If we find out you have brought a pet on-site, you will be subject to a $1,000 penalty fee per day per animal + any additional fees in damages
House Rules Continued:
-No Smoking Indoors
-No Parties or Events
-Registered Guests Only- unregistered guests are not permitted to sleep on the property
-No Outside Shoes Inside the Home
-Keep Ski & Snowboard Equipment in the Garage (Designated Ski/Snowboard Rack)
-DO NOT Leave ANY Food or Beverage Outdoors (will attract wildlife!)
-Use Placemats & Coasters on all wood surfaces
-No Eating/Drinking In the Bedrooms
-DO NOT turn off the Jacuzzi
-Do Not Park Vehicles on the Lawn/Grass Area
-It is suggested to not use all 3 showers at the same time
-Quiet hours after 11 P.M.
-Report any damage &/or breakages in a timely manner
The inability to follow rules may result in a penalty, monetary or otherwise, to be decided upon by the host.
